•  The boundaries span from NW 62nd St. to the south, and NW 119th St. to the north.
Then, NW 32nd Ave. to the west and JFK Causeway to the east.

•  If your property falls within the boundaries of the county's community redevelopment master plan map, be on the lookout
for Team Metro to come snooping in your "garbage" or "digging in your well"...you know.

•  Team Metro was created by the Miami-Dade County Board of  County Commissioners by resolution and not by public vote - for one single purpose. That's to execute the goals and will of the county's community redevelopment master plan program.
To assist big multi-million dollar developers in acquiring low income properties for pennies on the dollar.
(It's called the sweetheart deal between big developers at our government).
 
•  Here is how it works:
The plan was to initiate and issue notices of code violations to unsuspecting property owners, then, to issue thousands of dollars in fines and tickets, as to over-burden the property owner with financial grief. Call 'Help me Howard' - I dont' think so.
Howard knows all too well the county's intent, regarding the
county's 'master plan community redevelopment program.

In fact, the property owners would be hard-pressed to find any
attorney that would even take their case against the Team Metro. It's all a big game - a game of money and power, developers and increased property taxes.

•  "It's a pigeon drop scam"
. The only hope the people have is "God", and the feds are stepping in... for constitutional rights violations...and corruption.

•  Our elderly, the handicapped and low income families are hardest hit by Team Metro Selective Code Enforcement tactics.
Lower income property owners arevirally losing their life long properties today - more than ever before.
Suddenly, up pops a small white vehicle with county plates. Inside, a male or female, armed with notices of code violation, already prepared before leaving the office.
They place the notices on your door or fence and disappear into the sunset...



•  Like a thief in the night, Team Metro never comes to your property when you are home.
No, they wait until you are at work, earning money to put food on your table and a roof over your family's head.
Just like a crack addict waits until you leave your home to break in...Team Metro copycats these tactics to place violation notices upon targeted properties.

•  Team Metro is bogus to this extent. They duplicate services already provided by other county government departments.
The citizens of Miami-Dade county should demand the dismantlement of Team Metro by "Court Action" if necessary.
And the truth about Hope VI should be told to the people. Unveil the "beast", tell the people the truth...(scratch a lie and find a thief)

•  Team Metro duplicates services, already provided by other departments within Miami-Dade government, long before Team Metro was created, which is proof that Team Metro is apparently a fraud.

•  Where as: Team Metro Code Enforcement duplicates the Miami-Dade County building, department code enforcement.

•  Team Metro trash/garbage notices of violation duplicates Miami-Dade County solid waste, notices of violations.

•  Team Metro zoning and use of violations duplicates Miami-Dade County Building Department Zoning and permits notices of violations.

•  Team Metro works without permits.

•  Ask yourself:
If all these services already existed before Team Metro was created, why then was Team Metro created?
Call your local Miami-Dade Commissioner and jump on his or her desk - concerning this "horrible scam".
Ask them to explain to you the specific purpose of Team Metro, and ask them where does Team Metro get their funding to operate from.
Ask your county representatives why Team Metro wraps around other existing government departments.
Team Metro is likened to Homeland Security wherein all other departments or agencies are controlled by one body.
This being the case, what do the citizens of Miami-Dade County need with commissioners? Simply elect Team Metro as the leading form of government and cut the wasteful spending by duplicating government services.

•  Team Metro is not generic, but rather manufactured for and by the Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan program. Here is a list of department working in concert with Team Metro:

•  Bottom line: Your property is much more valuable than you may realize. It's for sure the multimillion dollar developers know your property value all too well but they refuse to pay you the  fair market value. They want your property for nothing.
The the county's community redevelopment master plan, via Team Metro, throws all that fair market value stuff out the window because after Team Metro finishes spending their multi-notices code violations on your property, you will lose your property.
The Building Departments make it impossible for you to pull the required permits to comply with the issued violations.
By the time you realize what's happening to you, Team Metro will have filed and recorded a lien against your property.
They don't stop there. The lien increases each month and you will lose your property in the end.
You're dead in the water - your property is stuck in suspended animation. You can't obtain a loan, or even sell your property until the lien is satisfied and the property brought into compliance.
The problem does not happen in Coral Gables. Team Metro wouldn't dare to go over to Coral Gables and issue those white folks code violation notices. They just wouldn't dare....what's really going on?
Read your bible - recognize the early warning signs.



• And it's all perfectly legal until you sue for rights violations. Then, what was once so-called "perfectly legal", becomes the subject of court review.

  Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan forces the target area residence into a lose, win-win situation.
Simply put, you are code violated off your property by selective enforcement actions of Team Metro.

•  Your property at that point is placed in the unsafe structure department which has the authority and the power to demolish your building to the ground with the full support of the law.

•  Then, the "in concert" developer steps in and acquires your property from the county for pennies on the dollar, for re-development as per the the county's "redevelopment master plan" program.

•  Once your former property or residence has been re-developed by the developers, they will reap hundreds of thousands of dollars in windfall profits out of this master plan program.

•  So, there you have it. You lose your property - multi million dollar developers, in concert with the
Miami-Dade County tax collectors office. Win. In short, you've been robbed.
Don't go running to the state attorney's office, unless you're a forensic discerner.




• Team Metro,
Miami-Dade County Unsafe Structure Department, Building Code Compliance and Dade County Building Department are all participants in working closely with big multi million dollar developers to acquire your property for redevelopment in those targeted areas, of the Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan.

•  Ask yourself:
where are all the low income families that once resided in the Scott Project, 22nd Ave. area and point north?
Some have said that these people have been killed and yet others have said that the office of 
Miami-Dade County Commissioner, Darin Rolle, has moved all low to no income families deep south, to Homestead & Goose, miles and miles away from the county community redevelopment master plan targeted areas.








•  I personally doubt very much that Commissioner Rolle had any involvement in the relocation of the Scott Project families.
Our organization's, "The Timing Light Association", investigation into Hope VI Project, yields no evidence that would remotely suggest Commissioner Rolle had any part in the scandal of
Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan program.
And thus, we support the Honorable Commissioner Darin Rolle as a great steward of community affairs and issues - at this time...

•  This is happening as we speak. Check your community - check right next door, the welcome is not "hello", it;'s "ola-ola",
the latin term for "Hello".

•  This situation is much bigger than Commissioner Darin Rolle. He's but one man, with one vote. The county's master plan has already been concocted long before Commissioner Rolle took office. However, the Honorable Miami-Dade County Mayor,
Mr. Alex Penalas, knows all too well about the real intent and purpose of the county's redevelopment master's plan program.

Hope VI - The Real Meaning



•  Goals and objectives:

 To get rid of low income property owners
 To move individuals, families and the elderly
 out of the county's community
 redevelopment master plan targeted areas
 with little or no resistance, in six steps.

 Thus, Hope VI was conceived.





•  Step One of Hope VI
Team Metro, at the offset, executing notices of code violations and issuing fines and tickets to targeted properties within the redevelopment zone. Once your property has been targeted, peeping Jimmy is assigned to issue you multi notices of code violations.
A couple of days later, peeping Jimmy returns to your property and places a clear bag with a $510.00 code violation ticket inside and disappears in his little white buggy.

•  Step  Two of Hope VI
Working in concert with Team Metro, the Miami-Dade County Building Department Permit Section drags out the process of
obtaining the required building permits in order to comply with Team Metro's Notice of Violations.


 Oh, we're sorry - perhaps you don't know
 who peeping Jimmy is.
 Ok, he's something like a peeping Tom -
 he only difference is, peeping Jimmy
 doesn't peep in your windows.
 He peeps in your front and in your backyard...
 yes, he's Team Metro's Elite Outdoor Janitor.
 A custodian, if you will.  Nothing more, nothing
 less. Certainly no one to be fearful of,
 as several Miami-Dade County citizens
 have been terrorized  by Team Metro 's
 unchecked Selective Code Enforcement Practices.


•  Step Three in Hope VI

Miami-Dade County Unsafe Structure Department also works in concert with Team Metro. They issue you notices that your building is unsafe and will be demolished wthin X number of days. When you attempt to obtain a building permit to correct the unsafe structure, you are denied a permit to work on your property until you are released from unsafe structure.
While you are running back and forth between departments, the clock is ticking.
When you return home or to your property, bulldozers may have been there and gone...
Once your property has been demolished and you have a mortgage, you may find yourself in foreclosure because of unsafe structure actions and you are in violation of your mortgage. You ultimately lose your property, one way or the other.

Step Four of Hope VI

This phase of Hope VI involves good community planning and advertising the Hope VI idea to the public.
Propaganda (false advertisement) tells the people anything but the truth. Something similar to the lotto hype.
Remember all the government hype about how the lotto was going to provide better schools, larger classrooms, more pay for our teachers...remember what the government said to us in order to get the church members to for the Florida Lotto...?
Well, it's some ten years later and we still have crowded classrooms, underpaid professional school teachers and a gambling mecca
that benefits certain agencies of the state.
Just recently teacher went on strike for more pay...
This statement is not an indictment against our government, but rather a "buyer beware". Ask questions, do your research before you bite...

•  The Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan Low Income Family's re-introduction back into the newly redeveloped targeted areas is bunch of crap as were those lies told to the people concerning the Florida Lotto "Scam".

• If you have any kind of memory, you certainly remember the Florida Lotto promises.
Well, the same holds true for any re-introduction of low income families that have moved out of the targeted areas.
These people are lost forever because they must have employment and must pass a background check before they qualify for re-entry into the supposedly newly developed low income housing.
So there you have it . "Good bye, my nigga" and "NO" to low income families who sat on their ass for 35 years accepting hand-outs from the County. Free housing, food stamps, free shopping...the bus ride has stopped and it stopped right in front of the county's jailhouse.
That is the only hotel accommodation the county is offering these days to the people who are so darn entrenched in sitting on their asses - doing nothing to better themselves by day...and selling drugs or breaking into their neighbors' houses at night.
The free ride is over and rightfully so. It should have been over years ago.
This is the government, folks. 35 years ago, Afro-Americans asked for assisstance - a hand up.
The government back then feared that by assissting Afro-Americans the right way, they would be writing their own ticket of demise.
So they clandestinely plotted to assisst Afro-Americans by giving them hand-outs rather than the real "hand up" - thus you have a Scott Project.
A run-down Overtown and a "shoot-em up" Dodge town, John Doe, Liberty City, where hundreds of people have lost their lives - even police officers have been shot.

•  Step Five of Hope VI


After the last boat has left the targeted redevelopment areas, now comes the big multi million dollar developer taking millions of tax dollars in contract awards. Some are "under the table" deals. "Ho happy days" ...there is so much money floating around these development sites you gotta wonder if there is any pay going on. Are there any kick-backs going to the master planners?
Where are all the black general contractors? Ya just gotta wonder...

•  Finally, Step Six of Hope VI.

An increase in property taxes.
The Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan, once completed, would create hundreds of millions of dollars, ear-marked to the Miami-Dade County property tax collector's office - as a direct result of the redevelopment.
And this is our opinion of what Hope VI is all about.

•  In our conclusion, the "Timing Light" investigative teams spotlight "Team Metro: Its Design and Original Purpose of Operational Intent" in this weeks publication.
It would appear that Team Metro has a clandestine agenda that has absolutely nothing to do with the public's safety or code enforcement, but has everything to do with using code enforcement as a convenient vehicle by which to execute the letter of intent of Miami-Dade County redevelopment master plan program.

•  This is against unsuspecting property owners, located in the boundaries of the redevelopment zone. This is probably the reason why Team Metro, Ms. D. Washington and her District Director Mr. Ron Williams refuse to return our phone calls concerning their comments before the facts of our investigation were published.
Both Team Metro supervisors decline comments.
We did anticipate a non-response. This is how the government operates...you ignore them, you receive a fine, they ignore you, and nothing happens...until now...

•  Team Metro is the enforcement strong arm of 
The Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan.
You best believe it. Think about our low income conditions before Team Metro. Think about all the drug holes that were entrenched in our community. Think about all the times you called police advising them of the drug sales in your area.
What was done about it. Not a damn thing. The county didn't care then, and they certainly don't care now.

•  Final Note - "Peeping Jimmy"

Are you a victim of "Peeping Jimmy's picture taken"? Of "notice of violations issuance"?
Ask yourself: Are there other property sites in your immediate neighborhood owned by Latin or White folk in worse off conditions than yours could ever be?
But, yet, you are hit with notices of code violations. The answer to the question is
The Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan program.
Government was not created to cause fear in the people it serves but rather cooperation to effect a common goal.

•  Know your rights. If you believe you've been unjustly issued a notice of violation and/or a violation ticket, take the matter before an appeal, and if necessary (which more than likely it would be) to court.

•  It is unconstitutional for the government to impose a violation or fine on you because of items on your property, as long as those items are not life threatening or pose a threat to the public. They may tell you what they are doing is the law, or was approved by ordinance. Not to worry. Laws, if proven to adversely affect the people, can be overturned in a court of law.
What is the law today...tomorrow it could be a memory...if you, the people force the change.

• Your constitutional rights and Miami-Dade County Home Rule Charter Citizens Rights against government intrusion may have been violated.

•  Ask yourself: whatever happened to "government of the people for the people"?
Instead we have a
redevelopment master plan program of Team Metro by Team Metro and for Team Metro!
And the new Latin community is being established right under the noses of what was once the Afro-American community.
This is the birth child of
The Miami-Dade County Community Redevelopment Master Plan Program.

Make no mistake!

•  Team Metro at best is no more than glorified, outdoor neighborhood janitors, riding around in airconditioned, county-issued vehicles, armed with several notices of code violation papers and a digital camera entering false or misleading biased, negative information about you and your property on their website.
They invade the sanity of your privacy, snooping and peeping in your backyard - like a "peeping Tom".
They take pictures and make irresponsible decisions about items on your property, labelling items that are very much valuable to you, as "junk" or "trash", so as to validate the issuance of a notice of violation with a compliance date.
Yes, outdoor janitors with teeth - power and authority as per county ordinance. Unlike the Miami-Dade County Independent Review Panel, which has absolutely no teeth, power or authority.
What the
Miami-Dade County Independent Review Panel does have is an out-of-control yearly administrative and operational budget at the tax payers' expense.
However, this subject will be revisited at a later time (Independent Review Panel).

•  The people of Miami-Dade County, Florida, have fallen by the wayside "like the valley of dry bones" because of a serious lack of real strong, responsible leadership from the elected officials.
They have succumbed to the evil woes of government mistreatment and abuse.
Evil in intent, illegal in deeds - agencies like Team Metro and those other governmental departments working in concert with the Beast "with the seven seals" and the scam continues.
You remember seeing outdoor advertising signs all over your neighborhood? Thus, the "House of Lies"


 *"We buy ugly houses." "Mr. Ugly will pay you cash for your house in any condition."
 Remember?
They even came to you as mortgage companies...

*"Don't lose your home to foreclosure - we'll put cash money in your pocket, call us today." You remember...well, check this out.

*All these people work for the big multi million developers and in most cases are the multi million dollar developers masquerading as home buyers, trying to get their hands on your property for pennies on the dollar.

* Oh, by the way...any time a person who you don't know, acts or attempts to show concern for you saving your credit,
