Miami-Dade County Team Metro agenda and purpose is to “code-violate” minority and
business owners out of business and off their property, paving the way for multi-millionaire developers to scoop up heavily code-violated properties for pennies on the dollar.
Team Metro authorities couldn’t begin to care about the health, safety and welfare of Miami-Dade citizens - they are on focused mission to execute the initiatives master plan.
Move low income home owners off and out of the redevelopment zoned area.
Move all government assisted residents deep in the Homestead areas and code-violate
the remaining die-hard residents off their property with tickets and horrendous liens.
All in the name of Code Compliance.

Team Metro is an extension of, and was created by “The Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners” who are nothing more than “governmental thugs”.
The same Board of Commissioners who set up dummy government agencies, like the Miami-Dade County Housing authorities and create fake/bogus low income housing development. Projects like Hope VI, to sleaze the tax payers out of hundreds of millions of dollars.
Create fake dummy community government projects and call it a pharmaceutical project which took several millions of tax dollars and they never even laid one brick.
Miami-Dade County Team Metro is part of the bigger conspiracy to defraud the citizens of Miami-Dade County out and off their property.
Miami-Dade County Team Metro officials are what a thug is to an opportunity.
If you take the time to read the mountain of code ordinances, you’ll see that in chapter 8 of the code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, law books, it’s a “Who’s Who” of what they can do to abusively regulate citizens’ property.
The code stops short of regulating your bedroom affairs.
Team Metro is absolutely not at fault in this criminal conspiracy to snatch citizens’ property through fines and penalties. Rather, it’s the Miami-Dade County Board of County commissioners.
Most of the targeted areas in Miami-Dade County faced with the heavy foot patrol of Team Metro’s “agents” (as they prefer to be called) are District 2, your “home boys” district....”What’s his name”.
Crime doesn't fall far from its corruption. Those elected or appointed officials of our government who disgraced their office in criminal behavior, will face federal indictments...”one day soon”.
They generally do corrupt politicians one after another. There is no way on God’s green earth that a Miami-Dade County commissioner should have approved and passed the assumed amount of “You can’t do this” or “You can’t do that”, or “Your grass is overgrown” or “ You didn’t wash your car” or “You must turn your porch light off ater 10 pm” etc. etc.
Homeowners property responsibilities are exclusive to paying the property taxes and mortgage.
Team Metro reserve to determine the remaining responsibilities...it’s a crime, it’s wrong, it’s racist.
During an interview with a Team Metro agent, Mr. Henry Byrd, on 02/05/08 advised that Team Metro does not work in Hialeah, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Visiya, Coconut Grove, Sunny Isle, Treasure Isle...anywhere upscale citizens reside.
Only the low income areas of Miami-Dade County, where black and moderate to low income groups of citizens live, redevelopment master plan, is to move out the old and bring in the new Latino community, where black culture once stood and doing so through the fraudulent cover of Code violations.
So the lesson I derive from this special report is that thugs don’t only sell street corner drugs, or rape girls or break in houses or rob banks, but some create legislation that does all of the above.
Miami-Dade County Team Metro is liken unto AIDS. It’s deadly to the touch, it has nothing good about it. It was created to destroy. It’s motives are clear: “divide and conquer” and it’s deadly signs are often seen after it’s effect, has taken hold of your property.
